New: what governed autonomous procurement actually means
Workflow demonstrations

See what governed autonomy actually does.

In short

Each demonstration follows one procurement workflow from its trigger through agent execution, policy application, human decision, system update and audit record. Every one answers the same six questions, so you can compare workflows against each other instead of against a highlight reel.

What a demonstration is meant to prove

Vendor demonstrations usually show work succeeding. That is the least informative part. These sequences deliberately include the points where the platform stops.

Where the agent acts, and on whose authority

Every agent action names the permission or rule that allowed it. An action without an attributable authority is automation, not governed execution.

Where the work stops

Each sequence contains at least one point where the platform will not proceed. That boundary is the product feature; the speed either side of it is the consequence.

What the person receives

An escalation should arrive as a decision, not as an investigation. The context, the options and the reason for stopping travel with it.

What remains afterwards

Each sequence ends in a retained record rather than a completed task, because the evidence is what makes the automation reviewable.

Read the seven stages of the operating model

What every demonstration must answer

If a procurement demonstration cannot answer all six for a workflow, it has shown you a highlight rather than an operating model.

  1. What triggered the workflow?
  2. What did the agent do?
  3. What rule permitted it?
  4. What returned to a person?
  5. What system was updated?
  6. What outcome changed?

Bring one real workflow. We will run it, exceptions included.

These sequences use representative scenarios. A live demonstration uses yours, including the moment the platform stops and asks a person to decide.

Someone from client success replies, not a sales sequence. If we are not a fit we will say so on the first call.
