Open your contract document in Word (desktop, online, or Mac). Launch the Proconomy Add-in from the toolbar — available from Microsoft AppSource in 2 minutes.
AI scores risk as you type
The Risk Tab runs clause-by-clause risk analysis in real time. Flagged clauses are highlighted inline with severity, explanation, and a one-click standard alternative.
Insert approved clauses
Switch to the Library Tab, search for the clause you need, and insert the pre-approved standard language directly. No copy-pasting from old contracts.
Redline supplier paper
Reviewing supplier-submitted paper? Track changes in Word, accept/reject redlines, and the final compared version syncs back to Proconomy with full change history.
Submit for approval from Word
Click "Submit for Approval" in the Status Tab. The approval workflow fires in Proconomy — approvers receive the contract, review and comment in the platform, and the status updates in your Word sidebar.
eSign and archive automatically
Once approved, eSign is triggered from the platform. The signed contract is auto-filed in Proconomy CLM with all metadata extracted, obligations tracked, and renewal alerts set.
